M.Y. Hauger interview

AUTHOR INTERVIEW

When did you start to have the wish to become an author?

I've always wanted to be a writer, even at an early age. When I was younger, I wrote poetry but set it aside for a while. Later, I became interested in writing stories. It really began for me nearly four years ago when I decided to write a fanfiction story about characters from a video game. After I had written it, I decided to change some of the elements of the story in order to make it my own. That's how I wrote my first book. Eventually, it became a series. I also wrote other stories that became a series, and that includes several spinoffs, one of which became one of my biggest series. On the side, I also like to create games that are based on my stories. They're nothing fancy, but I enjoy doing them.

What do you love about the writing/reading community?

As for the writing community, I enjoy being able to connect with like-minded people who share a love for writing. I also love how supportive the writing community is of other writers.

Where can people connect with you?

Anyone can connect with me here on twitter, on gamejolt (gamejolt.com/@MYHauger) and a few other social media sites, though I'm mainly on Twitter and Gamejolt. I also have a YouTube channel where I post videos of my gameplays. Again, it's nothing fancy, it's just something that I do for fun. I also post about my books and games on my channel.
