Following the passing of her husband it is time for Abigail to acknowledge her life will be a challenge as there are not many single mothers who are able to make a good living in 1884 but the man who was good enough to travel to let her know of her husband having passed seems like one who maybe the type who could help her through this challenging time but can a good woman be enough for him to take on a family?
