Yash Sharma interview
AUTHOR INTERVIEW
A little introduction:
Yash Sharma is a boy who claims to be an ordinary teen but the truth is that he's definitely more than that. Born in India, it's been 17 years since he has been living there. His imagination, though, has been to many more places, fictional and real, which led him to start writing science fiction novels and creating awe-inspiring fantasy stories.
When did your love of books begin?
Yash Sharma's love for books began at a very young age. Science, space and magical mysteries have always made him think and wonder if any of those things were really true. His stories reflect his views on the world that we live in today and all the things that are possible in the world with a little bit of imagination and creativity. His interest in books fluctuates between nonfiction and fiction as Yash likes to use logic and clear reasoning along with enough creativity to end up with something unique rather than ending up with nothing.
When did you start to have the wish to become an author?
Yash began writing seriously at the age of 15 when he felt the need to do something, make his parents proud and be an important person to the world. He always wanted to help people, inspire them. Writing and being an author gave him the way. After many unsuccessful and silly attempts, Yash was finally and officially a self published author at the age of 15 with his very first kids horror short story.
How have you found the process for becoming an author?
Yash's views on the process of becoming an author are highly positive and encouraging as he believes that everyone who can use words to inspire people, entertain others, or in any way affect others, is an author already. Originality, he says, is the purest form of existence and it can greatly influence people to continue doing what they are doing. He also believes in carrying a smile all the time and spreading happiness, which can make anything possible and even the most arduous of tasks, feel totally seamless.
What would you say to those wanting to become an author?
Yash believes in going with instinct and letting creativity flow. He has always tried to encourage himself and others to follow what they think is the best and something that they enjoy. For the ones wanting to become an author, according to him, they shall give it a shot, no matter what and never let anything stop them.

What do you love about the writing/reading community?
The best thing about writers is that whatever they do, their work is always valued because knowledge is for everybody and everybody thirsts for knowledge. Whatever a writer writes, the reader sinks in deep and tries to unravel and understand every mystery that the text presents. The pair of a reader and a writer is a perfect pair and the absence of either can be unsettling.
If you could say anything to your readers what would it be?
"Love you all!!" That's one of the many things I'd like to say to my readers. Each and every person who reads my work is a blessing for me because they value my work and my efforts which is more than anything an author could ever have. The love that my readers give me is so huge that whenever I hear someone talk about my work, I feel satisfied and it feels as if the purpose of my life has been fulfilled.
