Review:

Kat is someone who has found her niche as a journalist, she investigates former stars, finds where they are and what they are up to and through her exposure the former stars get their chance once again in the limelight.  It's an obsession for Kat and so her life is simple in terms of possessions and she is ready to move on if the work determines that it is what is needed.  Her latest obsession?  Scorpio Hearts and what happened to the man behind the lyrics, Roscoe Darke.

This is a book that reads so differently than anything that I've ever read before and due to that it is one that for some may feel a little bit unusual over the first few chapters but as you get the feel for the story and why it is written as it is you really find yourself being drawn in more and more and it isn't long before you find yourself turning the page automatically and then finding that you're late for things but don't even care.

NS Ford is an author with a real talent and when something so unique is produced that it stands out in your mind a number of days after you've read it then you know this is a special read.  For me this is one I can't recommend highly enough to readers and hope they get to experience a completely unique read.
