AUTHOR INTERVIEW


When did your love of books begin?

I have been interested in reading from a young age as early as when I first started reading in school.


When did you start to have the wish to become an author?

From a young age I have always had the dream to become a author.


How have you found the process for becoming an author?

I approached a small independent publishing company and they took my book straight away. So I found it quite easy or I was just lucky.


What would you say to those wanting to become an author?

I would say go for it don’t wait along time like me just do it its the best feeling ever.


Tell us about your book/books:

I wanted to write childrens books my first one has just been published before Christmas. Its the first in a series. Its about 3 siberian husky puppies who go to live with their forever family and have many adventures. The puppies were bred by a witch who put a spell on them so the little people can here the puppies talking. The next book in the series is due out this summer


What do you love about the writing/reading community?

I love how everybody helps and supports you also if your struggling there is always someone to advise you.


If you could say anything to your readers what would it be?

I would say I hope you enjoyed the book and hope you will enjoy each book when they come out.

AUTHOR INTERVIEW A little introduction: I’m Claude Bouchard, born, raised, and still living in the Montreal (Canada) area. In a prior life, I worked in the corporate world, mainly in human resources management. In 2008, my employer moved our jobs to India and, while I pursued other employment, I published three books I had written long before then continued to write and publish more. Along the way, I realized I had a new job, that of author, and never looked back.  When did your love of books begin? While in kindergarten, my parents had signed me up for a book of the month thing and I remember the excitement whenever a new book showed up in the mail.
