Review:

When Julia, a former mobster wife but now a mobster widow who is living life in the right way, comes across Dom, a very successful businessman, she is taken aback by the attraction to this man but can it really be as good as it seems?

Dom has come from a family who were mafia linked but he has remained steadfast in his desire to remain clean in all his business and personal dealings, no matter the money on offer.  Can Dom convince Julia that his intentions are pure or will she continue to believe the worst of him?

This is a stunning piece of work which very much reminded me of the work of Mario Puzo and that is not something I say easily.  The writing is excellent and the story well thought out and delivered.  There is a small mark down for a few too many editing issues for me but I still think this is a book which is right up there and I am excited for more to come from this exceptionally talented author.
